Common questions
Does Charango need an internet connection? No. Everything works offline, including the songs.
Is there a subscription or anything to buy inside the app? No. Charango is a one-time purchase and every feature is included.
Which peg turns which string? The tuner shows a charango headstock and highlights the peg for the string being tuned.
The tuner doesn’t hear my charango. Allow microphone access (Android: Settings → Apps → Charango → Permissions; iPhone: Settings → Charango → Microphone) and play one string at a time, close to the phone.
Restoring on a new phone. Reinstall Charango from the same store account; a paid app is re-downloaded at no cost.
